WeightLoss challenge

It is summer and I have never seen before the time go faster. I'm used to the summer flight, but this is just ridiculous. I literally feel like it's on June 2 at the time, but the end of July. If you're like me, you feel like summer involves sweat, exercise and weight loss. However, as much as I hate to admit the truth for me is that the summer usually means big meal, relax in the evening (sometimes too relaxed) and missed practice.

I found myself putting a little weight by eating more and exercising less. I'm not fat, but I think some parts of my body have more weight than I acknowledge in general.

One thing I do is swim before work in the morning to combat the effects of my great summer meal. I have a pool on the floor at home, making it easy and convenient to jump when I want. Not always do before work, but when I do not feel very refreshing and well worth it.
